If he's not a spammer, I apologize, but it certainly looks like it, as he uses phrases like
"our company"
and
"our website"
Not to mention there is no account personalization (no sig or different avatar)

Edit: Can the free stuff forum guidelines be updated to exclude things like company reps and other coverups for spammers, to make sure they can't claim it wasn't stated?
He did break the forum guidelines by posting links after the guidelines came up
