Can we fake Polaroid pictures???

OMG im looking atm a that movie Shutter( japanese movie) and there is this scene that this guy is trying to prove him ghost exist because you cannot fake polaroid pictures, and ghost were seeing threw them

So...

Can we fake polaroids pictures??

Can you fake a photo, then take a polaroid of it.

I don't think that polaroids are easy to manipulate after having been taking; but I imagine that you could design a special version of a polaroid camera that exposes the film to the scene you want it to see(displayed on a screen, or drawn with a laser) then developes the film normally. This would be something along the lines of the setups used by large scale photo shops, to make chemical prints from digital pictures. It'd be tricky; but far from impossible.
