Can we convert JPEG to Vector Graphics?

I have an image in JPEG, very crisp. I wanted in an Adobe Illustrator or any vector graphics. Is there a tool I can use to convert JPEG to vector graphics?

u cant just change a jpeg into a vector... u need to redraw it in illustrator

I use Flash. There's a trial version that you can download here. You have to register with Macromedia before downloading.

Not that im aware of. When you import a JPG into a vector based program, IE Flash, it just considers it as a bitmap. You can trace over your original picture though.
