I have a spare box with W2k and a V3 3000, works great just don?t forget to head over to Voodoofiles and pick up drivers and tweaks for it.

yup, i had a v3 2000 pci in a win2k box.

Just another confirmation to ease your mind and increase your confidence. My V3 3000 works wonderfully in my current Win2K box. Getting very long in the tooth though.
