Can vibrations cause errors?

If the walls are shaking, my chairs are rolling around(w/o anyone touching them) and i feel like im inducing a mild heart attack... will it be a problem for my PC http://mysite.verizon.net/~drblink/Pics029.jpg

I would think the hds may have issues with the vibrations due to them being such precise moving instruments. Also my rig is watercooled, pump is running on these gel things to help with vibrations.
