Can VIA or SiS boards overclock, ever?

I know that a great many boards can be overclocked slightly, including those made by VIA and SiS. But has there ever been a s754, s939, LGA775 or sAM2 board with a VIA or SiS chipset that can overclock relatively well when compared to decent nVidia, ATI and Intel boards?

If so, do you have any examples?
