Can VIA KT133 be compatible with ATI Radeon VE 32M w/TV ?

Hi, I got a motherboard with VIA KT133 chip set. When I tried to install the ATI Radeon VE 32M w/TV out driver, the driver kept saying "incorrect video adaptor". I am pretty sure that I have already installed the VIA 4-in-1 AGP driver and DirectX, and I pushed the card pretty hard into the AGP slot. Can anyone give me some kind hints? ---or I have to return and pay the 15% restocking fee 🙂
