I have two internet connections Comcast and Verizon. My verizon is shitty for gamming and such (only 3meg down) so I use that for only downloading. I'm downloading at least 6 or 7 files at the same time each day I think I'm totalling a couple hundrend gigs a month. I then use my comcast for everything else.

Could verizon ban me for this......

Technically, yes. Probably, no. It may say in your ToS somewhere that there's a "soft limit" on how much you can download/upload in a month, but if they advertise it as "unlimited" service then they won't do anything. If they don't call it unlimited though, then technically there could be a point where they shut you down. Likely they'd let you know first though, via email or a phone call, and would tell you that they want you to go to a higher end plan if you want to continue using that much bandwidth.

Any good ISP has Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policies in place to ban you for whatever they want... So yes, they "could".

If you are downloading illegally then yes. If not, then most likely no, but it isn't unheard of with some ISPs such as Comcast. I have never heard of a story like this about Verizon though.

That's a lot of porn. You better be careful, it might fall off.

It won't be long before they come up with a name for the compulsion to download stuff continuously just because it can be done.

To answer the question, if you read their Terms of Service, they can choose to drop you for just about any reason.
