Last time I got an International MO from Canada in USD and it was rejected by US postal office. Was that supposed to happen? Did any of you cashed an MO sent from Canada in your local PO? TIA.

If the person sending it from "Canada" has the International Money Order (pink, iirc) made out in US FUNDS... should be no problem... if it's in "canadian" funds.... they might have problems (exchange rate and all that)...

a bank will cash it no problems.

I agree, however not all banks are capable of cashing FX (foreign exchange) checks.
