I eat as much as my body tells me it needs (ie; when I get hungry), and I don't end up eating all that much. And I feel tired.
I eat enough to not feel hungry, and drinks "soda" so I get sugars. Yet I still feel tired. Do I need to eat more?

Does a car run well without gas?

Come on, put two and two together genius!!!!.

Malnutrition can certainly cause fatigue. Unfortunately, a lot of things can cause fatigue. Have you been eating less lately?

No way. A person on 400 calories can do just as much work as somebody on 3000 calories/day and feel even better, due to saving energy from not having to metabolise food. In fact people who eat nothing generally feel the best.

Your body requires energy and energy comes from food, so of course undereating would cause you to be tired.

I haven't been eating that much less, that's the things, except I feel much more tired.

And as far as sugars and stuff, I drink lots of pop/soda, so I get lots of sugar and stuff which I woul dhave thought might give me some "gas", and plenty of liquids.
And I don't feel all that hungry, I eat when I feel hungry.

Sugars only give you boosts of energy. You need to find foods that, when broken down, supply you with energy that lasts longer.

I am reminded of the OJ Simpson commercial from long ago when he compared not eating breakfast to being like a flat basketball.

Yeah, not eating enough can make you tired, listless and dizzy,I wouldn't know this from personal experience though,I've just heard about it🙂

You probably undereating but you are also eating wrong. Sodas to pick you up only last one hour. The long term damage is peptic ulcers. I would eat more smaller meals and often if possible. If you are tire all the could also be b/c you don't exercise enough or not at all. Put at least 10 minutes of regorous exercise every day will help also. Also go to the doctor to check your insulin level if you get tire and dizzy all the time and don't drive when you are tire or dizzy.
Wish you luck.

Not when you're using it correctly, not abusing it. Anyway - maybe you missed the joke.

All the soda will do is spike your blood sugar quickly to give you some quick energy. When your blood sugar goes down, you become hungry. This is why low carb diets work so well -- because the changes in your blood sugar are minimal, you rarely have a dip which causes hunger and fatigue.

Do yourself a favor and just STOP DRINKING SO MUCH SODA. It's not good for you in any amount. Start eating proper meals and you'll feel better.
