Can Ultra320 drives work on Ultra160 interface?

I'm upgrading a server, but I think it has Ultra160. Will a Ultra320 drive work with it?

yeap. They will only sync at 160 though which should be more than enough. Just make sure you use both channels. Probably good to answer this as it comes up often. Even though you found it.
