Quite frankly I would recommend neither and it looks like the recommended requirements are a bit on the beefy side. What would help us more and in turn help you would be to answer the questions in the sticky and let us know which game you're trying to build a PC to game with.

Answers to sticky.
1. Used for gaming and commen things like Internet and home work.

2. Price, maximum of $350 on tower

3. United States

As for everything else I really don't know.
The game is witcher 3

the first one is significantly better
neither of them are fast enough for the witcher 3 given the gpu requirements.

what resolution monitor are you going to use?

you'd have to get a better GPU... which wouldn't be feasible in a $350 budget.

if you look around craigslist or salvation army/goodwill/etc you might be able to find an older i5/i7 mid-tower computer (so it might be able to fit a decent GPU), hopefully one with a decent PSU for cheap, and then buy a used 7870/660 on ebay or craigslist for ~$100, or maybe a new r9 270 or 750 ti.

if you feel comfortable posting your rough location someone might be able to look around on craigslist for you.
i see a few computers around Los Angeles that might be usable anyway.

if you don't mind driving to culver city, i5 2500k, ~$275
http://losangeles.craigslist.org/wst/sys/4993206864.html
you could sell the 560 ti and buy a different GPU

rancho santa margarita, amd FX-8350 + r9 270, $350
http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/sys/4942635250.html
this computer would meet minimum specs for witcher 3 without upgrading, but needs an HDD and OS.

a link to anandtech bench so you can compare cards or view their rough performance
http://www.anandtech.com/bench/GPU14/932
the 6670 is slower than a 7750.
http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/613?vs=535

that computer is over $350? so is $350 not a hard upper limit?

Do you have an existing PC that could be upgraded? Have you considered playing on a console instead?

Does I-7 gaming computer mean anything to u guys?

It has some meaning, but not sufficient meaning for us to tell you whether it's good. :sneaky: There's a good chance that "an i7 gaming computer" under $350 doesn't have a good video card, but that's mostly a guess.

How much would u say it's worth with a good video card?

I'd say it's worth stating [thread=60552]forum rule 14[/thread]: "No price checks allowed" :colbert:

I'd say it's an old but fairly decent system for your price range, if you want to do overclocking and upgrades later. (Meaning replacing both the CPU and the GPU.)
