...but i need to know if you can run one as primary with whatever resolution with the secondary correctly displayed in portrait mode not landscape with whatever resolution.

I know there's absolutely no reason why that shouldn't work, but i'd rather it be confirmed than i find out the hard way.


If anyone has to the time to do this, thanx very much.
 
Yes it works. Very easily. All you have to do is set the resolutions first then the nView will let you rotate whichever display you want. Actually nView treats each monitor as 'individual' and you can change settings per display.
 
But I find the portrait mode on widescreen monitor can hurt my neck so much. Especially for text reading. :laugh:
