Question Can this work for the Echo Dot under Windows 10??

I would like to stream via bluetooth a youtube audio clip/page to another room in the house with my Echo Dot 3rd generation via my computer's bluetooth.

I would like to also continue using my computer while watching other videos w/audio, out my of my computer speakers instead, without sending that music/sounds to the Echo Dot (which is currently playing the other video(s) in the background). Is there any way to do this? A Google Chrome extension or program maybe? Or do I mess with my CPU's Sound Control Panel? I see Echo Dot 6NW Stereo in there where you make it the Default Device or Default Communications Device. Streaming via bluetooth works fine.

I had a backup mac with windows on it so I got it running from there. Bluetooth is only 4.0 though (5.0 other cpu). If you know of a way feel free to comment. I'd still prefer it on my computer.
