Can this hsf do the job ?

I have a coolermaster, which is AMD certified to 1,2 GHz. With it, my cpu (1,2 GHz TB) gets above 60c.
Now i'm thinking about getting this one, how much better will it be:
Taisol CGK742092, which is AMD certified to at least 1,2 GHz ?
Or should i get the big brother:
Taisol CGK760092, which is AMD certified to at least 1,33 GHz ???

U could run cooler w/ these. Lapped it w/ ASII. U temp then would be around 50C or less.
