Can this Card Be overclocked or anything????

I am looking for a Lower ended card for under about $75 bucks or so.
People have recommended the GeForece 4 MX or the Raidon 7500. My question is, can any card in this range handle DUAL Monitor support? Or something that can have a few things inputted out outputted. Or are any overclockable.
I know that MOST of you guys can pick your brains back a few years or a little while and tell me what the HOTTEST card was then that now only costs pennies compared to what was probably spent. I don't game much, but a little here and there. I mainly work in PHOTOSHOP and graphical programs like that.
HELP ME OUT ! I am in need to make a decision asap.
 
i dont know about the radeon 7500, but for the geforce 4 mx, even if it's overclocked to hell and back, it would still not beat a geforce 3.

i got a geforce 3 on ebay a while back for $60 shipped!
