Can This Be Done???

I have Aol Instant Messanger on at work.. and sometimes when I talk to my boss someone would IM me and it would pop up.. I am wondering can we set it up to have it pop up in the task bar? so that it won't look so obvious

just checked it.seems like it's only for auto response when you are away....
I want it to be on the task bar even when I am active..
