Can these boards be resurrected?

I've got several older boards that do the oddest thing. They work fine then suddenly, they stop working. They turn on but do not boot or show any video. Tried resetting the memory, clearing the CMOS, using a PCI video card, etc but nothing works. Anyone have any ideas? Ironically enough, they all come w/ onboard video. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

What brand/model? Have you done a close physical inspection with a magnifier? Maybe they are among the mobos that have bad caps.

I've tried a new battery, RAM and PSU. The boards are a BCM ED440BX, an Epox KL133 and an Abit WF-22L. I've checked all the caps and they seem fine. No bulging or any of that stuff. They're older boards but I can still get some use out of them so I'd rather not dump them.

Thanks for all your replies folks!

Thanks for all the suggestions. I read about "blind flashing" and it turns out, 2 out of the 3 are up and running! Thanks for everyone's help!
