Can the username with the word "Carnival" be reserved?

Besides, a common word like carnival can only qualify as a trademark when in context. Now if someone is trolling Sharkeeper or Carnival Cruise Lines, that is a different story and should be addressed, but I don't think preventing anyone from using the word carnival in their name isn't the best solution.
