As a libertarian, i'm interested in what kind of charges against saddam you lunatic neo-conservative communist warmongers think we should bring against him since he never actually did anything to America.

That's why we aren't bringing charges against him. The Iraqis will, and I have a feeling they won't treat him as humanely as we would.

I am flabergasted that people actually care about Saddam... even you humanitarians.

"Even you humanitarians"

Geeze, I hope I am that. You seemingly use it as a title of disgrace. I hope I am missing the sarcasm.

From a legal standpoint, there is no crime AFAIK that Saddam has committed against us. This is independent of what he has done elsewhere, and he is certainly accountable for that.

BTW, no one "cares" about Saddam, however many DO care about justice. The just are strong. The lynch mob is not, no matter how they shout. Justice will be done, and it needs to.

Not a title of disgrace or sarcasm, but the truth. How anyone could feel for someone like Saddam, including self-proclaimed humanitarians, is beyond me. He is scum, and deserves to be treated as such. I don't know what justice you all care about... the man is obviously guilty and doesn't deserve the air he is breathing. His trial should last one day. What else is needed to convict this tyrant?

WTF?
"neo-conservative communist" ?
WTF?

Very possible, considering that Neo means: (from dictionary.com)neo-
pref.

1. New; recent: Neolithic.
2.
1. New and different: neoimpressionism.
2. New and abnormal: neoplasm.
3. New World: Neotropical.

So, abnormal-Conservative, could be communist. I'm sure he was using some tongue in cheekiness though.

Phokus is the biggest political idiot I've ever come across on this board. He's not using tongue in cheek, he really thinks fascist and communist mean the same thing. I think even once he called Bush a socialist fascist communist all at once :)

That's because he is a fascist and communist. I'd call bush a neo-commufascist. Sure he cuts taxes, but he also increases government at an enormous rate and basically gives us all a 'hidden tax' with higher interest rates and inflation for the future.
