can the tight squeeze of the socket allow for this particular hsf?

i'm interested in the iwill kk266. the hsf that i've chosen is the taisol cgk742092. however, I've read that the hsf may be too large for some mobo, whereas on the iwill mobo, there isn't much room around the cpu socket.

Is there anyone familiar with these two components, and if so, can i actually safely fit the hsf over the cpu?

here are two links available from anandtech that reviews both:

1. iwill kk266

2. taisol cgk742092

i'd appreciate any further comments. i'm set on the mobo, the hsf can be changed. i only liked this particular one because it is rated as being the quietest of the bunch in the review that it was in. if anyone has experience with another quiet fan, i'd be interested in that info.

if it isnt a pain in the neck, i would measure the clearance area between the socket and any components that might be in the way. if it measures wider than 80mm, you might be able to squeeze it in :)

Thanks Ozzman. However, I don't have that particular board, or hsf, in my possesion. I was hoping that someone who has either/or would be able to give me a definitive answer. Thanks for replying though.
