No it's not......I live an hour from Savannah, and outside Shannon Sharpe, Savannah State Tiggers.....errrrr, Tigers, could be beaten by a Class AAAAA High School in Atlanta (forget the school but perennial state champions.) Think the Texans wouldn't have much problem with any college team.....physical size, experience, durability, etc.
