Can the Radeon do this...?

I am about to buy a new video card, and leaning towards a Radeon 9600/9700/9800 Pro/non-Pro. As I haven't been able to find an answer to this question anywhere else, I thought someone here might know.

With my current Nvidia card (Ti4200) I am able to surf the net (monitor) and watch a movie on TV (thru TV-out) simultaneously. Does the Radeon allow for this? Does it work well?

If you want a movie on the TV-out, full screen, on a Radeon, you simply enable "Theater Mode". When you play a video overlay, Theater Mode shows this overlay both on the main screen (in a window, fullscreen, or minimized) and at the same time fullscreen on the TV.
