Can the PC Chips M810LMR mobo run an AMD XP CPU?

If you go buy a new one now, then yes. Revision 7 is the latest one, you should insist on that
(for XP compatibility, the latest revision of the SiS 730S chip, and 4-channel sound).

Revision 5 has 4-channel sound as well, and may or may not run Athlon XP (I'm not sure about this),
even older ones certainly don't since they can't run 133 MHz CPU bus as required for an XP.
