Can the KT7 handle the 4 watts the Black Label Delta needs?

I'm wondering if using the Delta fan will blow the fan header on my KT7. Also, are the fan headers on the KT7 and Kt7-RAID any different (I doubt it, but I just wanna be sure)?

I don't like using fan headers on any mobo. Connect them directly to the power supply. If you need fan rpm monitoring, the monitor wire can be connected to the header.
