Can the i3 2100 stock HSF fit in the CM Elite 100?

(Just to be clear, I'm referring to the i3 2100, not the 2100T, which definitely can fit)

Also, is the power supply in the CM Elite 100 capable of powering the i3 2100 along with a 7200RPM HDD and a slim optical drive?

Did you get any help with this? You might try posting another thread in cases and cooling, but it's a fairly specific question. Perhaps a coolermaster forum could help?

Yes and yes. The heatsink may be right against the panel, but it should fit.
