It will be missing if you don't have a Cool and Quiet capable CPU. Ones that are not include older Paris core Semprons and Palermo core Semprons below 3000+

Oh, puss! I suppose my Palermo 2800+ doesn't deserve to be properly tested.

Anyway, maybe I've got it overclocked as fast as I can expect.

CPU-Z says:

Core Speed: 2000 MHz
Multiplier: X 8.0
HTT: 250 MHz
Vcore: 1.472v

Corsair Twinx2048-3200c2pt - Memory
Frequence: 200 MHz
FSB: DRAM CPU/10
2.0-3-3-6 1T

I was using the HTT settings that V12 listed, but I instead lowered the mem freq. to 166 which allowed me to set the Command Rate to 1T.
I imagine this is about the best I can expect on this motherboard.

Well, you may be able to clock your CPU higher... try...

HTT 300MHz
HT multiplier 3x
RAM 133MHz
Vcore - raise to around 1.55v, then if it works lower it bit by bit until you find lowest stable setting
