Hey guys will the corsair CX430 V2 be enough for powering a PC with a GTX 560 (non ti) video card?? My system specs : Intel core i3 540 @ 3.06GHz, Zotac GTX 560, 4GB RAM, 1 HDD. Many people have complaint that the CX series of PSUs die very soon.. is this true?? i wud want the 430 to power my system for at least 2-3 years.. will it be okay??

You'll need to use an adapter for the second 6-pin power connector. CX430 is specced for only 336W of +12V but your PC shouldn't use more than 250W of that

Thankx guys.. but is it true that the CX v2 series die fast? saw the reviews on newegg and 80 out of 300 people said it was either DOA or stopped working after some time of use.

People with DOA units are much more likely to post a review about it than people whose PSU is working just fine.

Some of those may not be actually DOA. I say this because I came across a few CX430 that would not boot up with certain motherboards, but ran fine with others.

Do you already have the CX430V2? If so, just use it. If not, then maybe shop around to see if there are any other decent deals. For instance:

Corsair CX500
$59.99
-$20 rebate exp.8/1
-$10 coupon EMCNCHD32 exp.8/1
free shipping
=$29.99

It has 408W/34A on the +12v to give it a bit more oomph than the CX430 and already has the dual PCIe power plugs you will need.

Not true. Hard to beat the CX line for the price and I have a bunch of them (430, 500, 600, V1 and V2) powering various systems, including bitcoin miners with dual 5830s, so you know they'll take abuse.

My most recent project :) (powered by a 500CX V2)

If your MB doesn't use USB3 (and you dont plan on keeping the case longer than the MB), then get the NZXT Source 210 (non-elite) and save a couple bucks.
