Hello? Listen, please. The PCI bus runs at _33_ MHz, not 100, not 133.
Whatever regular CPU or DRAM bus speed you choose, be it 66, 100, or 133, this does not change the PCI bus speed. Only if you overclock from one of those settings, like from 66 to 75, or from 100 to 112, only then you raise the PCI bus speed along by the same percentage - 37.5 MHz in your example ... and while that might cause problems on the PCI side of things, it still won't affect the correct clocking on the SCSI cables.
