Can the 4200 X2 run 4 DIMMs at DDR400?

It should, it is a Rev. E chip so it should have the improved memory controller. However, the RAM (assuming double sided) will default to a 2T command rate...

Nope... I don't think it would even boot, or if it does, it will automatically lower the command rate...
