can tf2 run on intel gma 950?

Integrated GFX has always been and always be good enough for ancient games or moderaatly older games on the lowest possible settings/resolutions.

Even with the X1250 and GX3100 they are no match for newer games. The X1250 is close, but it's based off of a several year GPU architecture that has been neutered.

Maybe one day will come when the default integrated GFX on laptops will be that years low end GPU glued to the mobo without being neutered, but that is a few years away at best.
