Can Start Linux, but Not Windows!! Help!!

Just installed new mobo, I booted up but every time I try to start windows, the boot screen starts up real dim for about 1/2 second, then reboots the computer! I don't know what to do! I tried booting in Linux, which I also have on this harddrive and that starts up fine, but with no internet access! Help me!
