Can SP1 be uninstalled if needed ?

I have a number of clients who are running Windows 7 and I have advised them to upgrade to SP1. Many want me to do it for them. Question is, if for some reason, the upgrade causes a problem after the install, can it be uninstalled ? I checked the windows that shows all the Windows 7 upgrades that have been done and it seems that it may be able to uninstall, but I didnt want to click on it.
So, any idea if it can be uninstalled without causing any uninstall problems ?
Thanks

Thanks

One other question, is there a file for SP1 that I can download, burn to a DVD and use to upgrade clients computers or do I have to download it on each computer since SP1 size varies depending on the configuration of each computer.
Just trying to save myself time from doing the Windows Update on each computer.
Thanks
