Can somoone with a good graphics program help make me simple files?

I have these three jpeg images that are for my business cards, but they keep getting rejected by the company for not fitting the guidelines.

These are the guide lines

Need to be 3.75x2.25, 300 DPI, jpeg format.

They are REALLY simple images, black background....white text. If anyone could help me it would be great.
