Can someone with Heat help me out?

I live in Canada and want to buy a high-capacity hard drive from the US. I was wondering if someone with good Heat rating could let me send it to their house, and then send it over to me? On Pricewatch, the stores with best prices on it all ship to US only. And besides, this way i can avoid paying 15% tax on the border (just mark it defective). Anyway, if someone there could help me out, please post.
