Can someone who owns Skyrim and the G502 answer some questions?

So Skyrim is be far my favorite game, and regardless if the answer to my question is yes or no, I'm still getting it. So, can you assign the left or right scroll buttons to certain keys or something to use in-game? For instance, can you assign the left scroll button to use a shout/power? I know you can program the other buttons to do stuff like that, but I REALLY want to use the left scroll button in specific to use a power/shout. That's because I was thinking ahead and wondered what buttons I should program to do what in Skyrim. On the 360 you simply had to click the RB button, but on a keyboard the Z button a bit out-of-the-way, and I think it would be more convenient to be on the mouse. I'm right handed, and it would also be out-of-the-way the use the right scroll button in general while gaming.
