Can someone translate this Greek or Cyrillic letter I have?

Today in the mail I had a letter that was misaddressed. It was too an address on my street that does not exist, and they did not put a name on the envelop. There was also no return address. I decided to open it up too see what it was, and in it was a single sheet photocopied of a language I do not know. Not sure what it is, but it's kind of weird getting a foriegn letter mistakenly sent to your house.

I don't have a place to host it so I uploaded it to Yahoo photo.

If anyone has any idea I would appreciate it. Thanks!

that's written with cyrillic letters (there is no such language as Cyrillic), but I can't get to the large version, so I can't tell you what language it's written in.

on closer look, it seems to be Russian.
