Can someone tell me the difference between these two processors?

The s754 3700+ looks interesting to me. If I could OC it to 2.6 I would be happy, is that possible? I usually upgrade once every 2-3 years, so I would not buy a new processor for the same motherboard.
 
I know that..,check out my topic summary....I want to know if there is a difference other than one being 754 and the other 939?

looks like they have the same core, run at the same speed have the same L2 cache etc...
 
Like he said, the 3700+ doesn't support dual channel, the 4000+ does, other than that, they appear to be identical..
