can someone tell me if there is any VPN provider that runs on pfSense

supports AES256CBC, and a handshake of SHA256(no SHA-1) and RSA 4096 and does not log?
Are there any out there that can do this? Can you kindly show me a tutorial where it show how to set this up?

Don't have any experience with any paid VPN providers, ask question in their forum might help.

PIA does not support anything stronger than blowfish 128bit cbc and SHA-1
and Air is only 2048

You absolutely don't need RSA-4096. It's a total time waste.

RSA-2048 will last you many, many years.
