Can someone tell me how to fix this:

I got some spy ware earlier today so I ran a few programs Adware, restarted the computer, and got this lovely thing: Mmmhmmm

So I thought I'd just change my background in the display channel but to my surprise I only have two tabs now: Click me: :Q

So I booted into safe mode and ran the following:

Ad-aware SE
Pest Patrol
Spybot S&D
MS AntiSpyware Beta
Trend Micro Housecall Anti-Virus

and fixed/removed everything they found but alas it did not fix the problem. Any ideas?

Edit: Fixed the second picture, I had miss-linked it.

Almost looks like one of those BSOD screensavers to me. Just a hunch.

I would keep spysweepers autochecker on at alltimes to prevent this from happneneing again.
