Can someone tell me how to change the Field of vision in Half Life 2?

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to change the field of view from 70 to 90 degrees in Half life 2? The game makes me motion sick quite fast, and I remember reading that the FOV was the cause. I tried to search/google but didnt get any results.

fov 100

(That's set to 100, you can set it to 90 or 110 if you want, I prefer 100 or 110)
