Personally, I'd order one directly from the company. New phone with no warranty sucks (unless you can get a discount of course).

No need to buy from swappa.

Why would you risk used on a phone that had some known assembly issues during the early stages?

Depending on the build date of the phone, it may or may not have quality issues, so that is something that can be asked of the seller prior to purchasing the OPO used.
