Can someone refresh my memory on why we invaded iraq?

i'm just kinda thinking about this scenario:

iraq: "we don't have no weapons of mass destruction! go ahead and find it!"

north korea & iran: "we have weapons of mass destruction. we've tested it. and you can't stop us."

why dont we attack iran or north korea? we attacked iraq without the un's approval anyway.
