Antec TruPower series are nice quality PSUs. They have a separate fans-only power connector that's temperature regulated, so it helps keep the case quiet unless there's a need for extra cooling. (The 2 built-in PSU fans are also thermo-regulated.) That makes it easy to run 3-4 case fans without a bunch of extra noise.
I have a TruPower 330W that I'm very pleased with. I've had no problems at all, and the V-monitor still shows consistent, stable voltage readings in operation. (See system rig link below; I built that computer in June).
The TruPower 430W is $76 shipped from Newegg. The 380W model does seem to have a few problems from the reviewers, so I'd avoid that one. I know you said you wanted 450+ watts, but unless you're running a lot of extras in your system, the Tru 430 W should be fine for almost anyone.
