Can someone recommend a powered antenna?

As the title says - I need a powered antenna I think. My kids destroyed a cheap big lots powered one that worked OK. Unpowered only pick up one channel.

Suggestions? I saw one at Target (RCA) for about $28 but it has one horrible review. Link

What about the Terk at amazon?
