Can someone recommed a program to find old duplicate (by vesion) system files (DLL, OCX...)

I need something better then "RJ System File Checker" (http://rjsolutions1.com/)

I have many programs that can find duplicate files on my hard disk.
What I really need is a program to allow me to find "older" system files (DLL, OCX, ...) with version conflicts and replace them with the latest version (on my hard disk) of the same file

Ex.: If I have 3 diffeent copies of "12345.dll" I want to be able to update/replace the "older" files with the latest one - I saw one program which allow me to do that but only one file at a time, not all at once.

lazy just do a file find and update the versions

Very funny people... I have 3 OS's (2 WinME's and WIn2K) and I can't keep track afther all the dups/dll's...

And yes! I was bored and *nearly* installed WinXP (2486 I think) @ my office... - Had to go home, day was over...

BTW: it is format.com not .exe
