Can Someone Recomend a Good TVVideo In Card?

Looking to get a card to watch DSS on my Second Montior. must have win2k drivers and S-video in. Any ideas?

You should do thorough research, most cards have poor to no Win2k support.
And usually, unless the card natively supports the feature, the secondary monitor will not support it. I think the Matrox cards do, but not sure about the geforce MX
