Can someone please tell me what the difference is between the nForce2 SPP + MCP chipset and the nVIDIA nForce2 Ultra 400

I am thinking of purchasing the Biostar M7NCD motherboard which has the first chipset but I see there is an M7NCD Pro version of the motherboard that has the latter chipset. Cost is $13 more for the Pro board. Is either chipset more stable than the other?

I *think* nForce2 Ultra 400 is the one which officially supports FSB 200 (DDR 400)

im wondering though, since the NF2 has agp/pci locks, can it support just about any fsb??
