Can someone please recommend a good pci-e Radeon for around $120

This is 95% of the time be used for web and office. Needs to have dual dvi out. TIA

If you have a case with decent air flow/cooling, then I would recommend a video card without a fan. Especially if this computer will be for non-gaming (office work, Web surfing, and e-mailing). Over the years, I have found the fans on most graphics cards are marginal at best and begin to make a lot of noise and eventually fail.

I bought my father this card (Link) for his rig not long ago. It has worked great and has two DVI outputs. Plus it costs less than $120!
