I'm fed up with the crappy desk that I have now, so I have decided to get a new one. I need a desk that can hold a 19" monitor, and is below $150, preferably. I see a lot of desks at Staples.com, but I have no idea of their functionality, quality, or value. Thanks

Poetic Technologies one of these should work for you although they cost more than $150. How about a sheet of plywood with formica on one side, nice big flat work area and cheap.

If you do a search on the Internet for computer and furniture, you will get more selection than you want.

If you find a good one, let me know. I've been looking for years and have never found the right combination at a reasonable price. I don't have the means of a corporation so I cannot afford the best.

I personally like the US$99 grey and black computer desks that Office Max sells. They are L-shaped and sit at just the right height so you don't have to "reach up" like you do on a lot of desks. Again price helps too.
Just make sure you get one with depth so your keyboard don't poke you in the gut ;)

6' folding office table here. Works beautifully, & I'm considering getting a second one.

I have the most awesome desk and it was like $80. It consists of 2 pillars, each 3 cinder blocks tall and a 7 foot long piece of marble looking formica counter top from home depot.
